On November 27th and 28th 2024, the EU-TRAINS consortium gathered in Paris, hosted by the project’s partner ValoTec, for the 6-month Face-to-Face (F2F) meeting. This milestone meeting brought together representatives from all project partners to assess progress, exchange insights, and shape the next steps of the project.
During the two-day session, the team focused on several key objectives:
- Project status update: reviewing achievements and challenges from the first six months;
- Presentation and discussion of end user survey results: input to system requirements;
- Definition of targeted systems and prototype generations: requirements, specifications, and use scenarios;
- Next steps: defining the system implementation and testing phases.
The discussions emphasized the consortium’s shared goal of building “an ecosystem of user-centric devices and services for multisport training and remote healthcare.”
With collaboration and innovation at the core of EU-TRAINS, this meeting marked a crucial step forward in aligning efforts and ensuring the success of the project.
A special thank you goes to ValoTec for the warm hospitality, including a tour of their facilities and an enjoyable team dinner, which made this meeting even more productive and memorable.
Stay tuned for further updates as we continue to work together to shape the future of training and healthcare solutions!
